Men and Women have different perceptions and perspectives. There are men and women on the healthier side but can carry themselves so elegantly and can beat any slim person in a room. Physical attractiveness has its own charm but being fitter is important to physical and mental health. Slimming down makes us look young, youthful and adds health benefits. What the eye sees is how it perceives. These days looking physically attractive is gaining importance for numerous reasons.
Getting in shape requires determination and commitment. No gain without pain. A balanced diet with a bit of exercise can do wonders. Fit people not only possess a healthy body but a better image of their body and sex life. It increases the feeling of attractiveness from within.
BEING FIT IS ATTRACTIVE. NOT JUST EXTERNALLY BUT INNATELY.
Fit people are energetic, active and take care of themselves. It helps to build self-confidence and be assertive. They vibrate positive energies and are fun to be with. We do get visually attracted to fitter people.
Fit people believe in discipline. They enjoy feeling good about themselves.
