Tulips, Poppies or Sunflowers. They resemble compassion, love, warmth and peace in their own way. Are you the one who is happy around flowers? I do. I talk to them as well. They release dopamine and serotonin that induce happy hormones within us. They stimulate excitement especially when one grows flowers themselves. Though there are certain flowers that symbolizes sorrow and grief, many others have a positive effect on moods.
Flowers build intimate connections. I feel so good when I receive a bouquet from my loved ones. Flowers are a part of our life and our wellbeing. From the little that I know, Daisies and Gerberas are known to bring cheerfulness. They come in a variety of hues of pink, white, orange and red. Tulips are so inspiring. They welcome new beginnings. Roses are charming and attractive. They bloom in soft and vibrant colors filling up the air with romance and love.
My favorite are the Hydrangeas. Round and soft, they look beautiful and can be so soothing and relaxing. The elegance of the Orchids clear the air at night bringing in positivity.
How thankful we can be to nature to provide us with flowers that enhance positivity and bring in health and peace. With their healing properties, flowers can bring in so much joy.
For decades, blossoms have been used to send unspoken messages of the heart. Its scent lingers on.
Lift your spirits. Be wild and free.
Flowers Oh Flowers,
I love your scent so fresh,
Pretty and heart-warming,
You bloom peacefully in rest.
